I did not find the 20-F a mess when reviewing. In fact, the switch from Renminbi to US Dollars made it much easier for 2011. Disposing of the asset held in their subsidiary will increase their asset base (stock and debenture) and give them additional cash to pursue solar sales in China. We feel that solar pricing is finally on the uptick in Chica.
