While the Obama Administration may be claiming jobs &quot;created or saved,&quot; this is of little interest to most.  The bottom line for most voters will be whether the net job change turns positive and the unemployment rate declines.  Few care about hypothetical results.</li><li>Investors and traders question the economic recovery, despite improving data. If they do, we should see fresh buy recommendations from some unlikely sources.</p><p>Our indicators are only mildly bullish, but there are specific sectors worth consideration.  Emerging market ETF's make up most of the portfolio, but there are also other choices.</p>]]>

There are issues about how much of revenues come off the top, and what other countries get.
