I have found an interesting link regarding the increase in liabilities. Their numbers are slightly different than the ones posted in this article as I got the numbers here from Morningstar, but the percentages are pretty much the same.

Hi, Thank you, the stats I get from either MSN Money, Yahoo Finance or the company's financial statements (annual reports). The dividend is important, but would come out in a profitability analysis in the free cash flow aspect.
