Jennifer Cooper

Jennifer A. Cooper, CFA, CIDA, has been reviewing, conducting investment due diligence, and/or advising on the investment in public and private equity, venture capital and alternative investments since 1987. She has been managing her own investments for over 30 years.

From 1992 to 1996, she was the top paid investment professional at a globally diversified investment fund that grew from $675 million to over $1.1 billion in size. Perhaps more importantly, during that same time, she led the restructuring and elimination of under-performing legacy assets, freeing up capital for more productive use. Ms. Cooper started her first company in late 1996.

She has worked with private investors, family offices, endowment funds, foundations, non-profit organizations, the Boards of corporate and public pension funds and sovereign funds. Ms. Cooper enjoys working with investors that are large and small; public and private.

She is an owner and Managing Director at Diligence Review Corp. She is a co-founder and current Board member of the of the non-profit Global Renewal Foundation. Ms. Cooper is a Chartered Financial Analyst, Certified Investments & Derivatives Auditor, and a Certified Employee Benefits Specialist. Although she is no longer registered as a representative, she has held the FINRA Series 7, Series 66, and Series 31 licenses.
