    The REITs you mention are all mortgage REITs, and use high leverage. Mortgage REITs are a small segment of the broader REIT market.

    I doubt there is going to be a rebalancing, because the S&P 500 is market cap weighted, so a rebalancing would mean S&P is changing the index methodology. Not much chance of that happening, in my opinion.

    It's not quite as aggressive as (NUGT) because NUGT provides 2x exposure, but, true, it is one of the more aggressive ETFs. Two other ETFs that are similarly aggressive and would also fit are (GGGG) and (SIL), although SIL is more oriented towards silver.

    Generally, if the company is undervalued, than share buybacks are a positive, while for an overvalued company they are negative.

    Yep, that's the buyback yield. The net payout yield is the buyback yield plus the dividend yield.

    I prefer the Vanguard ETFs over the SPDR ETFs for two reason.

    1) The Vanguard ETF's have more holdings than the SPDR ETFs.
    2) Vanguard has a telecom ETF while State Street does not.
