I'm a value investor with a concentrated portfolio. My focus is on purchasing the greatest risk adjusted return. Ideal companies have strong balance sheets, consistent cash flows, and a history of excellent capital allocation. I spend a lot of time looking at companies in out-of-favor industries and those undergoing some sort of corporate action. I'm always looking to hear what those on the other side of a trade have to say. I write primarily about the companies that I am on-the-fence about purchasing (or current holdings that I am thinking about selling) in the hopes that someone will point out a flaw in my thesis. I am not a financial adviser. Nothing I post is financial advice. I do not recommend stocks and I am not promising anyone results of any kind. All my posts are comprised of general information and my own opinions. Investors should do their own research, verify all facts, consider all possible risks, and consult with their financial adviser before buying or selling any security.
