Joe Rotger is a civil engineer who manages the day-to-day operation of a daily newspaper. He is also a non-professional trader, dedicating part of his time to trading since 1992. He has mostly traded S&P500 contracts, stocks and lately crude oil -- due to the continued low volatility in equity indexes. Born and raised in Chile, Joe has for the last twenty years called sunny and friendly Puerto Rico home for him, his wife and four children.
