    Thank you BellemeadBob.

IP should be an area of strength for them. They have patents approved, but they also have an active patenting strategy, and the ones that they have applied for look very strong. Purdue pharma had oxycontin, just century old oxycodone with a different pk curve (different timing). Its IP survived every challenge in court, kept market exclusivity until it expired naturally, and Purdue made a lot of money (it also set court precedent in such matters). Tonix got same law firm that Purdue pharma had to file and protect their patents. CEO in March (he's talking about 102 and 201, so this is the IP for their 3 biggest programs - FM, PTSD, an ETTH):

"You only get twenty years from filing. So, we're focusing on patents that have been filed relatively recently. But, we're very confident that they will issue them. I've been an inventor on a number of issued patents, and a law firm, when they file patents, makes a representation that they think it's novel, and I think that it's pretty clear if you look at what we're doing in terms of the sublingual formulation, the eutectic - which is the composition of matter on cyclobenzaprine, and the pure isomer isometheptene, we're pretty comfortable that these are very novel, and they're certainly useful."

Well for one thing he's the CFO not the entire management team, as much as I'd like him to pledge to never raise money without checking in first it does not make business sense.

But I got no sense of urgency to raise money at all, either now or later, though surely it will come.

There are stocks that will do a 10 bagger, and then do it again within 5 years. I don't think it's that hard to believe. It is happening in the market all the time, there are many examples.

Well I tried to describe the rest of the pipeline and they have a really good cash position, if results are bad it should not drive the enterprise value to zero, they have the other programs.

So however you value the FM program at that point, plus however you value PTSD at that point, plus the value of the unrelated products, plus cash, all divided by the number of shares.

Right now the enterprise of Tonix is being valued at about $100 million ($11.75 X 13 million shares = about $150 million, 150 - 50 in cash leaves 100 for what the market is currently valuing the enterprise).

So if you think that the business of Tonix would be worth half as much on bad results, you are looking at about a 1/3 loss as it currently stands.

Thank you. I submitted this to SA to be published, any time you say bullish things you run the risk of having the article rejected if you don't temper it. There is no hidden meaning, if I was writing freely to the SA audience I would have left it out.
