  • Outline Of MGT Capital Investment's Lawsuit Against Several Casinos [View article]
Sounds like Pat Dobbs is short and you gotta love his analysis. LOL. He's about to find what it's like to be flattened by a freight train. There's clearly (without a doubt) institutional money coming into the stock, eating up everything ARCX has to offer. The newly accepted deal by warrant holders equates to ARCX's days being numbered. Anyone shorting this stock needs their head examined and then needs to take a course on trading. There are more catalysts in place here than you can shake a stick at.

The recent volume and much larger blocks indicate institutions are making their way into the stock, even with market maker ARCX still selling shares and speaking of ARCX, that's the biggest catalyst there is right now, as they're almost out of shares due to many of the warrant holders that took the recent deal. Even with ARCX creating somewhat of a roadblock with never ending selling, the stock's managed to rise from $3.10 where I initially got in, so when this market maker disappears (a matter of days at most), I think the stock will fly. MGT's also doing much more concerning gaming than they've informed us about.

  • Uni-Pixel Inc.: Boom Or Bust Based On Possible Contracts [View article]
Short-sellers would have you believe that last Friday's action is reason to sell, but what it really showed investors is that short-sellers couldn't waste any more time in pulling as many tricks out of their bag as possible before the stock got away from them. Yes, that's a great sign going forward. If indeed the company can meet analysts estimates of over $4.00 in EPS next year, investors will easily be looking at a $200 stock, so my advice ? Short at your own peril.

  • Uni-Pixel Is Still A Good Short Due To PC Industry Woes, And Probably Worth $8 Or Less [View article]
Shorts are not getting skilled, they're getting killed. There's been one day where it was profitable to be a short .... Friday. Otherwise they've been schooled again and again, just like they will be this week.

Nothing like a good ol' fashioned bear raid on options expiration Friday followed by a short and distort SA article AH's when shorts are getting killed and will continue to get killed as the stock rebounds next week. I applaud your strategy as far as the market is concerned, but as far as the company is concerned, UNXL will leave Ladenburg's $64 target in the dust going forward. I love panic, as those in the know gladly come in and make a mint.

  • MGT Capital Picked To Win First Round Litigation Against Casino Heavyweights [View article]
Excellent article as always and what's even more of a short-term catalyst is the fact that ARCX is almost out of shares and had ARCX not been in the way over the last month, the stock would already be at $10.00, so with the recent acceptance by a majority of warrant holders, this will take the pressure off the stock. It'll be a madhouse when ARCX is gone for good and we're almost there. Fully diluted market cap is just dirt cheap at around $30 million and MGT's newest fantasy gaming acquisition already has 11,000 customers in just 4 months of operation. I'm looking for a very big move here and let's not forget that management thinks the patent breaches will allow them to seek $30 million to $300 million per MONTH in damages.

  • Get In On The Ground Floor Like A VC With Public BDCs [View article]
It's my understanding that IDEA can't sell any stock under .27 since it's registered as a BDC. Also, I love the fact these guys aren't diluters, as the O/S count has only risen about 1 million shares a year. I can see IDEA becoming a possible massive homerun.

Hope all you guys don't miss ZMSPF, as I think it's by far the hottest new patent play. Over 50 patents and they're currently taking down Philips. Market cap is just $24 million.

  • Why J.C. Penney Is A Buy [View article]
I've executed two JCP store checks in New Mexico, each spent with the store manager for about 30 minutes. New look will work IMO and employees seem to be very happy people. Pricing just can't be beat and I LOVE the PGA golf section with prices slashed about 70%.

    Hi Anna,

I just left you a message on your voicemail, as I'm trying to find out about item #16-E on today's agenda, Two Rivers Water & Farming and whether or not they secured the $10 million loan (or thereabouts). I write about alot of interesting companies and thus timeliness is critical for certain stories.

    Thanks for your response.

That's what I find fascinating with this sector .... that valuations appear to have nothing whatsoever to do with earnings. I'm certainly not used to that and if that's the actual case in this sector, I like TURV, as this guy has an institutional following from the BPZ days and I understand that they're closely watching his every move.

PICO has a monster valuation IMO and they're losing money. I think investors are hoping for a successful IPO of UCP. The best bang for the buck here ? TURV by a mile IMO.

Love the fact that ALIM has NO other competition for the condition its drug treats. Nice article as usual and when I see people like my dad beginning to have their vision affected by diabetes, obviously ILUVIEN will be in high demand. I also saw that the first patient ever was treated recently in Germany.
