Seriously Kuala, read your own babble. You stated the Markman hearing is Feb. 20th. LOL. It was held back on July 2nd. Obviously knowledge isn't one of your strengths.

The two previous capital raises at .36 and .58 were not only executed at the market price (no discount), but both oversubscribed. Big money knows exactly what's going on here and where the stock's headed and obviously you have no clue as usual.

You own the dilutive mess Vringo with a market cap too high to calculate and a quarterly cash burn of $11 million and you're screaming dilution on ZMSPF ? LOL. I'll grab some smelling salts for you next time I'm at the pharmacy.

Kuala, I had a lengthy conversation with a hedge fund manager that was at the July 2nd Markman. He said the hearing was almost laughable, as Zecotek walloped both Philips and Saint Gobain. Said there's ZERO chance they don't get a favorable Markman ruling. We'll see.

Kuala, when Zecotek wins the $180 million CERN bid, I'll send you a postcard from the island I'll be headed to. Seriously dude, your analysis is one word ..... laughable.

It's funny you use the example of FONR, as that's the perfect comparison and with huge Q4 guidance (I expect it), a run-up to $27 is certainly not out of the question. Excellent article by the way.

  • 3D Systems: Analyzing The Bear Thesis [View article]
AFRMF - a brand new kid on the block that just got discovered this week and with 3 hours left to trade in the market yesterday, Alphaform began trading in the U.S. .... ATF:DE closed at $3.20 Euro on the German exchange and then out of nowhere, the stock began trading in the U.S. yesterday under the ticker AFRMF, where it closed at $4.70, which is equivalent to $3.45 Euro (+8% over the closing price) and with the unsponsored ADR trading on the grey sheets for now (hidden bid & ask), things are going to get crazy on Monday for sure since U.S. investors can now participate. On top of this, I know a small investment firm that tried to buy 5K shares of AFRMF at $5.00 and never got filled. Personally and mainly due to the itty bitty float along with the hidden B/A and no level 2, I see AFRMF running to $10 to $12 on Monday followed by a possible Tuesday gap depending on early Tuesday trading in Europe. AFRMF lost -.03 cents a share Euro in Q3, but expect breakeven or slightly above in Q4 and forecasts revenue growth no lower than 35% this year. The float ? A ridiculous 3 million shares and the O/S count is 5 million.

  • 3-D Printing: The Way To Move Forward For Hewlett-Packard? [View article]
Speaking of 3D printing, read this about a newly discovered German company that's turning profitable in Q4, has a tight relationship with Voxeljet and an itty bitty 3 million share float with 5 million O/S and a market cap of $21 million at $3.20 PPS Euro ....

If you have international trading, load the freakin boat, as this 3D printer with a 3 million share float is about to absolutely fly. Delayed reaction to the Feb. 3rd news, but today is just the start ......

    http://bit.ly/1d2hcfX

The market cap ? A ridiculous $21 million here at $3.20 Euro and they do wayyyy more in revenue than VJET with a $322 million market cap .....

    http://yhoo.it/1d2heEz

Alphaform actually does business with Voxeljet and uses VJET's VX 800 ....

    http://bit.ly/1d2heED

If you don't have international trading, call Fidelity and it takes 5 minutes to get set up with international trading.

No way the valuation remains where it is, especially with the company posting a Q4 profit.

In at $2.36, $2.39 & $2.50 Euro .... FWIW and think $10 is possible based on valuation.

Great article as always Gary. Too many catalysts here to review, but Markman ruling due any day now and if ZMSPF wins CERN bid, we'll gap to $5.00 IMO.

Robert, I find it rather odd that you follow this author around, as I see you've made several other confrontational posts on other articles written by the author. Personally and professionally, if you think this stock is a good short right here, I can virtually guarantee you that you'll get run over by a Mack truck heading into mid-March top-line data. Just my opinion, but APPY will probably be close to $3.75 in another 5 weeks, prior to release of data. The market cap here is just stupid silly, but respect will come and then Canaccord's $7.00 target will be within range. Down here ? The stock's a screaming buy, period.

Thanks Bob for your views. I recently bought shares in APPY, as the management team seems to really be on top of things, not to mention the market cap is due for significant appreciation IMO.
