Netflix Rebuilding Its House Of Cards [View article]
People should take note of Rocco Pendola's comments after earnings came out ..... "NFLX to $300 by summer." He too sees this as a house of cards, but thinks the stock soars back to glory, ala AMZN stratospheric levels. I too think the stock stays inflated throughout 2013 and I lost my butt yesterday shorting right above $150 and should have known better. Don't step in front of a new round of kool-aid that's extremely potent.
Management stated yesterday that there was "NO" whistleblower lawsuit as you guys had stated. It appears there's just an ex-employee lawsuit for $775K for wrongful termination. Seems like a drop in the bucket and as far as medical device companies are concerned, unfortunately they ALL practice their business in the same manner as far as doing whatever it takes to increase sales.
NuPathe Gets FDA Approval: What's Next For The Stock [View article]
You could see the stock being heavily shorted on Friday as so many FDA approval stocks are until they settle down after a few days. Short-sellers have wayyyyyyy more backbone than any longs and thus I think we can see the stock head down into the low $2's rather quickly, regardless of the valuation and potential.
The VIX tumbled late yesterday as CNBC announced the GOP would extend the debt ceiling till April 15th, assuming a budget resolution would be passed by then. Well I've got news for folks .... that news was incorrectly read IMO, as no way will Democrats agree to working on a budget. Good grief, there hasn't been a budget in over 4 years. Yesterday was a subtle way of saying "screw you" to the Democrats and I think the market totally read it wrong. An olive branch it wasn't.
Did Longwei Petroleum Just Dig Its Own Grave? Updated: Major Problems [View article]
I should have known when Mike Toups (LPH's CFO) unfriended me on Facebook out of the blue in back in December .... something was up. Just pissed I couldn't find shares to short this scam.
Overvalued is an understatement with CMG and while its bounced nicely from yesterday's low, I'm close to going short again. Sorry, but 3.8% same store sales growth will hit home to investors when the market takes a break heading into debt ceiling fight.
3 Undervalued Chinese Stocks With Encouraging Sales Trends [View article]
I spent several days scrutinizing all of DEYU's facilities and wow ... talk about an unknown, unloved stock. I doubt very many know about DEYU, but in time they will. Their internal controls are also deemed "effective," another rarity amongst many Chinese companies. They have so much room for expansion it makes your head spin and workers at all of their plants were cranking out product as fast as they could. One of my favorite things to see was a gorgeous natatorium that the employees get to use during their break or after work. Beautiful pool and all the employees I visited with were very happy with their working conditions, etc.
Is Tranzyme A Takeover Target For Bristol-Myers Squibb? [View article]
With a market cap of just $17 million and plenty of cash, those that have been attempting to hold the stock down (short-sellers) will be blown out IMO. Just a crazy cheap stock.
GeoInvesting Refutes LPH Video Clips, Offers True Video Of Dec. 9 And 11, 2012 Activity At Taiyuan Plant [View instapost]
RealDutch, dude ..... wake up for once in your life. LPH was a massive fraud, plain and simple. Did you not see the ABC News clip with LPH's CEO standing next to the crooked CEO of PUDA ? You just don't get it ..... most of these Chinese companies are frauds committed without emotion or fear of criminal prosecution. Chinese people will look you right in the eye and lie without the blink of an eye. By the way .... I've got some sweet ocean front property in Arizona that I'd love to sell you.

Mimvi's ultimate goal I believe is to enter into a revenue share agreement with Microsoft and their relationship with Microsoft continues to expand weekly. I can see MIMV eventually exploding from a .40 cent stock to over $40.00, assuming it's not bought out, as Kasian Franks thinks MIMV eventually becomes a billion dollar company. He commonly refers to Google search as "antiquated" and is sold on what Mimvi brings to the table. Short-sellers would say otherwise, but that's because they're stuck in what they thought was another TAGG and easy money. Oops, two totally different companies doing totally different things. This guy "236" on IHUB is now to the point of desperation in trying to cover his short in MIMV, posting 24/7 around the clock with one false and misleading post after another. Kind of funny actually. This moron thinks MIMV is just another company with a Microsoft partnership, yet he fails to realize that Microsoft sought out MIMV for 8 months prior to their agreement. Here at .40 and a market cap of $24 million, obviously a billion dollar status would mean many multiple bags from here.
