Seeking Alpha author or Leon Cooperman ? Hmmmmmm ..... I'll go with the best fund manager in the last two years who spoke with Berry last week ..... all is good and LINE wasn't even required to disclose informal inquiry. Cooperman's licking his chops down here.

  • Uni-Pixel: Is The SEC Investigating? [View article]
Opportunistic hit piece the day after a ton of $14 puts expiring today were bought. LOL. Gee, what a coincidence. Say it ain't so Joe. As far as your claim that the language the SEC used is highly suggestive of an investigation is nothing short of criminal and ridiculous. Care to lay a wager on the side as to whether or not an investigation takes place ? And by the way .... nice photoshop job in your last hit piece. Intel has NOT been fooled. Kodak has NOT been fooled. Dell has NOT been fooled. Who has been fooled ? The weak retail investors you're now preying on. Nice.

  • Yongye International: Why This Stock's Story Is Too Good to Be True [View article]
Gee, seems like I just heard the "too good to be true" phrase used in another "hit piece" just a couple of days ago. Looks like the short-seller camp is resorting to plagiarism in hopes of driving down stocks so their losses won't be so drastic. The fact remains that YONG is a monster growth stock (50% each year for the next three years) that just happens to also be audited by a Big 4 firm. That said, I hope your "hit piece" works, as I've been hoping to pick up some YONG shares on the cheap. As far as claiming that YONG's main product doesn't work ? Talk to their customers who have experienced excellent results.

  • Did Apple Bully GT Advanced Technologies? [View article]
I say send GTAT's CEO to the electric chair after having raised guidance just before the iPhone6 launch. Seriously, that scumbag doesn't deserve to breath air.

Apparently you missed the stock closing green yesterday when the Dow finished -326 and that sends every signal in the world but sell.

  • The End of CCME's Fairy Tale [View article]
LOL that this "hit piece" comes out when the stock is halted. Oops ... gee, shouldn't have waited so long. No one's opinion matters at this point, as it's all in the 10-K. Shorts stand to suffer epic damages if there's a 10-K or a delay with net income attached that matches expectations. Great move by management yesterday to halt the stock. I hope longs aren't too levered up like the shorts are. I was happy to hear from Ping Luo yesterday that Deloitte found "NOTHING significant" during the audit process and these words come straight from the CEO's mouth after the stock was halted. Also LMAO if the rumor from 2 days ago comes true about another Chinese advertising company taking a stake in CCME, maybe FMCN ? Oh my, that would kill shorts ..... not only CCME shorts, but short-sellers in ALL China small-caps. I've got my popcorn. Weeeeee !!

  • Is China Media Express Still a Buy? [View article]
You talk about maybe CCME having an investor day ? Ummmm .... they recently had one. In reading a couple of the replies above, ill-informed posters don't realize what's contained in the terms of the agreement with C.V. Starr. It's air-tight and if the company were to commit fraud, the CEO would virtually lose everything, but of course no one wants to discuss these terms. Not many people realize that C.V. Starr also has representation on CCME's board of directors in Dorothy Dong. They also don't realize that C.V. Starr audits everything within the company once a month, but then again, no one wants to ever discuss these things. With Deloitte being the auditor, the very first thing they do in an audit is go over bank statements and verify cash. Deloitte says that CCME has $170 million in cash and little to no debt. Investors can choose to side with Muddy Waters' fabricated report paid for by deep under water short-sellers, their claims being totally debunked by several very sophisticated investors, or they can choose to believe Deloitte, a Big 4 firm that has no motivation whatsoever in helping CCME perpetrate a perfect fraud. Seriously, people need to wake up and get a clue. Andrew Left of Citron claims he'll defend every claim against him, but how ironic that he was arrested in December for failure to appear in a Florida court for theft. Geez, how stupid can people be ?

  • Why Uni-Pixel Might Be Worth The Risk [View article]
Kodak will make sure UNXL succeeds IMO. They don't have more employees working on build-out than UNXL has total for the fun of it and because they like to waste money. Three new purchase orders are three more than they had last week. The problem with the stock is that there are many many weak retailers and more tutes need to come in to force the shorts out. It'll happen IMO. When it does, I think we'll see the squeeze of the century. In the meantime, you're right, as this is a good area for a starter.

  • Uni-Pixel Investors Getting Fooled Again [View article]
Misleading press release ? Or yet another misleading article designed to allow short-sellers to cover ? Tomfoolery ? Absolutely ... and shareholders will NOT be fooled by short-sellers again. Kodak will make 100% sure that "In-Touch" will be a hit. They don't have 41 employees working full-time on UNXL build-out for the fun of it. Still LOL at 5 million short-sellers who can't yet figure out what EPS of $3.14 will bring PPS wise. Cover your short that's in trouble or face bankruptcy very soon.

Dude, you're beyond the status of "lemming." My goodness, can we sound just a little more desperate so we can cover our short positions without getting killed ? I can tell you right now that if you called Apple, they would tell you the same thing as far as not having ever heard of CCME. Now write these next two words down ...... Advertising Agency. Geez, some of you guys have been beat senseless with a stupid stick.

  • Uni-Pixel: UniBoss Looking To Be Another Failure For The Company [View article]
Good article based upon re-hash of the past, but did the other partners in the past throw $$$ in the kitty like Kodak did ? Or did they receive $5 million dollar payments in the past from those partners ? Easy stock to bash down here and frankly, management does indeed deserve to be bashed. That said, it appears UNXL is actually on to something this time. Yeah I know, the boy who cried wolf, blah blah blah. I like the bet on the long side right here.

LMAO .... cover your short or prepare to watch what EPS of $3.14 does for the stock in 2014. Even if EPS only comes in at $1.00, that's an easy triple from here.

  • Herbalife Shares Could Fall Further On Einhorn Comments, Business Model [View article]
Dude, get a clue. Possibly fall further because of its business model ? LOL. Its business model (32 years) is what made many investors very wealthy. The company's business model is what's responsible for the company having just raised guidance significantly. Do some homework before sticking your foot in your mouth.
