    Jerry, thank you for adding to the post. I appreciate the compliment - yes I do try for accuracy.

    Good point about NG 50 to 60% efficiency by using cogen. RE can really take-off if utilites can be allowed to shift to a distributed generation model and upgrade to a smart grid.
