NuStar ($NS) Management 3rd Qtr story accepted, stock up $4 Tuesday. A speculation that may work out. Holding for now.

Added to my $DLR position just above $50. Could not resist the bargain. The volatility is unreal. The report was not that bad!

My limit buy order set a month or so ago triggerd at $50.50. Looking carfully at them and evaluating if I want to buy more.

Agreed the report was not that bad. Wondering if Highfield Capital bearish position fear from a few months ago is in play. Opportunity or ??

$HCP is presenting a buying opportunity today (10/4/2013). It appears to be a reaction to a sudden and unexpected CEO change.

Last time HCP was this low was April 2012. It is the only REIT increasing dividends every year since 1986.Time to buy.

NuStar (NS) down $2 + on disappointing earnings - buy opp in my opinion for this MLP-typical market overreaction.

Total Petroleum (TOT), down $5+ in 3 days due to a gas leak/shutdown in N.Sea, represents a buy opp. Act fast, it already is back > $50.

I've been reviewing Intergy (CMLP) as a value play. Result -"no go" - just too many dark clouds. Below $15 with decent new div - maybe.
