John Evans currently lives in the Denver area. He is married to a Swiss woman and has lived in Switzerland. John's education includes Business and Psychology. His work history is varied but has been, in the past, focused primarily in the travel industry. He has also worked in finance. He is currently planning on starting up a consulting company.

John believes that we are living in an extraordinary time for many reasons, including the rapidly changing nature of financial/economic endeavors. He take a keen interest in economics for several reasons. One is that it probably is the single most important science because it is, in his mind, a bridge between the human psyche and the human world. He also believes that economists greatly underestimate the influence of the human psyche on economic, economies and economic activity.

John works to try to both strengthen the understanding of the connection between human activity and economic activity and get economists to understand that economics is a derived science and not an applied science.
