Here is my basic, simple FCF calculation for Electro Rent for the LTM ending with the reporting date of 11-30-08:
+ Cash from Operations: $56.5M
- Capital Expenditures: $75.3M
+ Proceeds from the Sale of Rental and Lease Equipment: $32.8M
= FCF: $14.0M
Given that it is part of their business the proceeds from the sale of equipment should be added back in for ELRC.
