I believe klemenv is talking about Japan Steel Works which besides the Russian state nuclear company is the only company currently capable of making reactor castings. They can currently make two per year and are doubling production to four per year. In addition the Chinese are talking about getting into the casting business. So this is a short term bottleneck but in the long term it will resolve itself.
