Jonathan Bernstein

Jonathan Bernstein has been a private investor and trader for fifteen years. Before going out on his own in 1992, he spent eight years as a security analyst and portfolio manager at a number of Wall Street firms, including a stint as co-manager of the then $300 million MainStay High Yield fund at MacKay-Shields. He holds a BA in Economics with honors from the University of Michigan, where he was a National Merit Scholar, and an MS in Economics from the University of Wisconsin. Jonathan also interned at the Brookings Institution and the Congressional Budget Office.
