  • 4 Stocks To Double In 2014 [View article]

CMON MAN!!! Do your homework on the names and then and only then comment.

I believe we have a large cap in BRCD that's very profitable, has a big growth story behind it now and trades at low multiple.

I believe we have a speculative play in MOSY that is run by an industry legend who has made insider purchases of ~900k shares over 3-4 yrs, going after monster customers in CSCO, ALU etc and has a revolutionary chip in the memory business.

I believe AUDC and RDWR are profitable, in consolidating businesses, cheap multiples and have strong results coming.

I own them and i'm going to follow up with monthly updates +/-

    Thanks for the feedback folks

  • AudioCodes: Positioned To Become Over-The-Top In An Over-The-Top World [View article]
IMO, from the CEO's conf call comments that Audiocodes is adding new subscribers each day.

Here's one part of his mobility comments:

"and we believe that we will see substantial growth in our users in coming quarters and we believe that in coming quarters we will start quantifying that product."

You guys can say what you want, but at $5 or 1 times revs less cash vs SONS at 2.10 times AUDC is a great spec buy on mobility being 2-3 million subs by this time next yr. AUDC trades at a 50% discount to Sonus which I personally believe will not stay once the company gets in front of Fidelity and others who own these UC companies.

AUDC is not a small player anymore its in the process of becoming a monster.

I don't get the market and the new analysts but this is my take and its right from the horses mouth on the conf call. Ok - so I may be a few months early during a rocky period in small cap stocks, so be it. I hope if you don't believe or you don't buy into it you can follow the CEO's future comments or results that back his words.

Comcast has 45 mill subs and new partners like KDDI and Taiwan add future subs along with additional partnerships they sign with other carriers.

Liberty has I believe 95 million subs and im sure they'll sign the same partnerships.

BT has 5 million plus subs. Anyone of these type of carriers or an allotment of smaller ones across the globe will be super accretive to the company's bottom line.

When the CEO says " the solutions are complicated" you better listen and do some work on it because this business is super accretive and super sexy to own if they land subs and new technology with the 100 new engineers.

Here's the truth on AUDC and its recent secondary:

Needham bought back 2 mill shares of stock for them and participated in the deal- the analyst has been mute on this pullback like he has been for 2 years. IMO, useless and a bunch of users to AUDCs.

OPCO - wants nothing to do with AUDC, at least the analyst doesn't and its ashame because he had his shot to upgrade shares this am and look like a hero. Rumor has it he hasn't been too good on his reccos. ALLT for one.

WB, he's trying hard, he cares and he seems to like the company.

Let's hope the buyback comes and we get more support from WB and new firms.

    Pacific Crest? Barrington?

The secondary was so miserable it probably pissed Rima off after the shit notes that followed from the qtr. Opco analyst covers apple and he acts too superior to cover audc. Needham, just writes to say he's in the game - horrible research. My articles are 40 times stronger and i'm not an analyst.WB, screw his research note up too.

This is the single biggest reason that our stock has been puked.

Rectify it by buying back 4 million shares and doing a proper offering with much larger banks that actually have a line into the largest small cap funds.

I think AUDC management cares and is pissed off at these people taking advantage of them and their holders. We're all partners and its great everyone emailed the company. United we stand. I'm a believe that AUDC has some of the most exciting mobile technology in the world. You guys can quote that and hold on to it and bother me with it but do me one favor when it becomes true and you get a 30 stock, you better bring the bacon home.

I honestly believe this is the strongest audc has ever been from a new product standpoint and new partnership standpoint. Now they have to show us some details and keep delivering results. THIS IS NOT A STAND ALONE COMPANY. Shabtai seems to be just trying to position it for a higher takeover price 9 months out when the engineers deliver . 100 new heads will deliver many revenue options

I'm not backing down - i'll be starting a wordpress blog soon and my articles will be there. stay tuned.

This is what happens when you put the secondary in shit hands and you don't follow up with an exciting call when your business is stronger than ever!

This will hopefully teach them a lesson. I'm very upset, but im not losing sight of the fact that were seeing higher gross margins next qtr, higher revs, mobility to come, growing sbcs at 100 %, Routers growing like wild fire and services killing What's to dislike here?? The business is humming.

Its a piss poor placing of two or three funds that have puked it. It''l be 6.50-7.00 by late Aug and 9-10 by Novemeber/Decemeber( I had October).

This is pathetic. Email Shabtai and tell him to work harder on conf calls.

    10 by Oct.

Shabtai is being coy on bsft and mobility.

Super Mobility is Sept 9th... Maybe that's why!!!!

New tier one SPs in Europe,NA and India ......VZ is now a customer

New partnerships in place he will not talk about.

Annoying conf call - he destroys the great place the company is in and where it's going.

He's trying to get fidelity in cheaply when they meet the. At Opco conf in mid august. Bs if you ask me.

    Stock should be breaking out.

Audiocodes stock price is acting much healthier than the past 3 months. Watch for volatile swings in the days to come as earnings is fast approaching in 2 weeks time.

My opinion is its a steal at 10 or below, but especially right here. It doesn't mean it cannot attempt to test the 200 day (6.97) or the 50 day (6.46) at any given moment.

We need a very high volume day either on great news(gap up) or a sell off reversal where the stock clears out the weak hands and climbs higher.

Audc has another higher volume day than the past few weeks on the down days....a sign to me that institutions want to own retail purging.

This can't last forever as funds will be on top of one another in the next 5-8 trading days as they jockey for the pre call long position.

Folks, it's raining Lync per sonus press release yesterday. That's one transparent quote.

  • AudioCodes: A Sum Of The Parts Makes This Company A Buy [View article]
    Great work David.

Mobile with one or more real players makes audc worth 450 million as it's probably worth .04, .06, .08 and .10 of incremental EPS in 2015 and .10, .13, .20 and .28 in 2016 as more dominos fall.

    .28 cents + .28 cents of mobile = .56 cents in eps for 2015

    .56 cents + .43cents = 1.00 in eps for 2016

    5 million subs @ 1.00 - 1.50 per sub equals 60 million or 1.13 in eps.

Not that hard to get there with the customers they've already trailed it with. Something is cooking per CEO remarks.

  • AudioCodes: A Pullback To Own [View article]

No one talked you into it! The stock is digesting it's offering and letting weak hands decide what it wants to do.

I stand by my long term bullish call of a takeover and a much higher price tag in the months to come.

If your not a believer than move on. I believe no one is getting mobile or Lync growth.

i'm working on a mobile only piece - and no one is giving audc credit for its voice engine capabilities but i will tell you its just a matter of time before the funds find out either thru FB or Google buying them or attempting to or a current/new customer launches Mobility Plus BE.

This latest sell off is all smoke and mirrors. Its has nothing to do with fundamentals and I believe good things are coming down the pipe.

Imagine FB teaming up with AUDC's for whatsapp's voice deployment? It can happen

  • Hotspot 2.0 Puts AudioCodes In Pole Position [View article]
VMAS was a licensing revenue model. What does that mean? AUDC only got one fee per download from a subscriber of its customers mentioned in the above post. The MAJOR difference today on the Mobility Plus BE is its a SAAS product. SAAS is a monthly recurring fee vs a one time fee in the past with Mailvision and VMAS. The fee in my opinion is estimates at 3-5 dollars per sub per month.

Do the math! Liberty Media has 25 million enterprise subs. 10% of the customers in 3-4 yrs when the full network is blown out is 2.5 million x $2(conservative and below my 3-5) = 5 million per month or 15 mill per qtr. These revs come with 90% gross margins so that's 13.5 mill in net income per qtr. That equates to .12-.14cts per qtr alone. That's not including any USA customers or other players.

When they announce anything on this hotspot the shares will not be $7 or $8 dollars.
