I didn't realize so many tainted people worked under one roof. How does ZAGG, Their IR/PR, Legal Counsel, SEC/FINRA allow for so many questionable people be tied to this company? Damn it.... If things are that strong you should have removed all of them and put super qualified heads in their place in this economy.

A close above 4.30 on volume will be a start. The more Lync news the better for this company. Audiocodes has a hard time developing new partnerships and deals.

My work tells me there's going to be many different players that want Audiocodes or better put, needs Audiocodes.
The seller is almost done in the stock. When he is exhausted the shares will continue thru 4.30 back to 52 week highs.
No idea when where or how but AUDC will be sought after by many different players and time is on our side but not these companies.
Juniper was all set in the batter's box and stepped out around march last year. My work tells me they're infringing but talks continue between the two parties.

AUDC is now in the cross hairs of institutions(Volume)..... going to try and shake the tree over the next week to get cheaper shares but the shares are going to trade much higher near term. Too cheap not too. 148 million mkt cap - 50 million in cash!
note: AUDC now has 338 SA followers up from 107 in August - the eyeballs are on AUDC - Big positive! I bet they show us some wireless software OTT at the Mobile World Congress Feb 25th - Feb 28th

Great post! Valid points. Stay tuned, its my experience that stocks like AUDC with these type of issues are shunned for a few trading sessions to only return to the true value. Its going to 5-6 fast....Too cheap for some smaller funds to pass up. I'm a buyer of more shares here the next 3 -4 days on the bullish wedge.
