    • Ocean Man: Up more than 100% on BAC calls - good one Justin. PCXCQ.OB nice bounce too.

    • dak269: I'll trade damn near anything if the technicals give me a nice tight stop. Having said that, I think shorting bonds is an interesting idea.

    • talbano: I wonder if bonds rise, will that force the fed to continue it's buying
      3/17/12
    • Justin M. Hall: Talbano, prices typically rise with stronger economy in anticipation of the fed raising rates. At least, that's how I see and understand it.

    • Justin M. Hall: Thanks O-Man! Nice work this week. I plan to stick with both BAC and PCXCQ.OB thoughout the spring and possibly summer.

    • Justin M. Hall: Dak, shorting Treasuries and bonds goes hand in hand with shorting commodities. Thought I'd throw that at you to mull over. :-)
      3/17/12
    • Justin M. Hall: That said, treat the commodity differently than an undervalued producer, for example PCXCQ.OB and coal.

    • talbano: Justin- Thanks but if the yield gets too high, I would have to imagine the fed may have to do something, sure they don't want 6% mortg rates
      3/18/12
    • talbano: appreciate your insight as i dio lack bond knowledge
      3/18/12
    • Justin M. Hall: Regarding 6%+, I agree with you. I don't expect rates would move that high before year-end. Tough call right now, but we'll pay eventually.
