Denis, you need to look at the link I posted ;-)

    Randal, good stuff!

PS: Denis, I've got nothing against Canada or her people. I'm sorry if you thought I meant otherwise.

    pjews,

"A very good friend old mine once said to me. "If you want to invest in the stock market. Never listen or take an advise from an analyst. Do your own due diligence" When he died. He was a multi millionaire."

    Neat.
How's that BBRY investment working out?

    pjews,

"As usual naysayer's are painting the walls red. When will they ever learn? "

    You're a funny man.
You do realize your stock tanked 7% today and could easily go down another 3%-5% tomorrow right?

Security arguments matter on some other site.. like some blackhat site, or maybe pwn2own http://bit.ly/1BGjusP but here we are concerned with stocks that are good investments or that can be traded for profit. Super duper awesomeness for the sake of awesomeness - while a fun side discussion, doesn't really have a place in an investment forum.

Tell me how BlackBerry has monetized this awesome security over the last two years and we have a discussion. But simply stating over and over that BlackBerry handsets are the best E V E R hands-down bar-none does nobody any good.

    Fetch,

"You haven't got the foggiest idea what RTOS multitasking is Because iOS cannot do it.
BB10 is based on QNX's model of Real Time Operating System. Virtually unhackable and failsafe.
Apple Carplay runs atop QNX which is why a Majority of System critical component users like Nuclear Power plants run on QNX."

This is where I usually hop in and dispel the myths, but quite frankly it seems moot now.

    cicarr,

"Considering that the stock got a beating today, the cocky attitude of the bashers shows little sympathy and lack of understanding. "

    That's funny.

In October 2014 I warned longs of the overblown expectations surrounding Passport sales. http://seekingalpha.co...

In November 2014 I warned longs of the overblown expectations surrounding EZ Pass uptake/upgrades http://seekingalpha.co...

Do you think for one minute those articles (which turned out to right-on) were met with respectful argument and discussion?

I'm sorry. The longs here have been extremely rude and wholly unwilling to engage in any sort of respectful discourse. I was called a liar and generally abused. Save but a few, nobody came back to admit they were wrong.

Many of the longs that post here regularly made the bed they now find themselves in.

  • BlackBerry down 6.6% as analysts react to earnings [View news story]
    Senna,

"How low can it go? "

What EnergySystems said, and remember they have 8,000 employees to consider/compensate, and I'd be very surprised if they didn't have some contract obligations.

Closing up shop can be an expensive endeavor.

    BBwetrust,

Thanks, but quite frankly I don't see what good these Elliot Waves have done for you. As a trailing indicator, they are of no help to you. Did they warn you of today's crash?
