Kid Dynamite (pseudonym) spent 8 years as a trader at a major Wall Street investment bank. from June 1999 thru April 2005 he specialized in portfolio trading, and from May 2005 thru November 2007 he was the head trader for an internal hedge fund on the buy side of the same firm. Kid Dynamite managed a multi-billion dollar merger arbitrage portfolio, and continued to implement portfolio trading related strategies as well. Kid Dynamite's World Kid Dynamite's World was originally started as a place for me to share my gambling stories with my friends. Eventually, it morphed into a place where I spend most of my time ranting about fiscal policy in response to the crisis we have landed in. Although I'm currently on a 9 month drought of Vegas trips that started the week Lehman went belly up, there will certainly be more Vegas trips and subsequent world famous Trip Reports in the future.
Kid Dynamite's World was named the 21st Most Popular Poker Blog of 2009, although I haven't written about poker all year.
