Hi dcxavier. Not jumping to BioSante's defense here, but they did have that whole LibiGel situation to deal with around that time, which I'm sure brought about more shareholder questions and concerns and required more company attention than the settlement announcement or T-Gel (or anything else, for that matter).
I have to say the class action suit, though likely to be long and drawn out, will certainly be a bit of an overhang for the stock.

Hey Andy. BPAX is more of a momentum, technical and potential squeeze play at this point so, I have to say, it doesn't really matter to me, in what may only be a short-term investment, what kind of market share the company can grab down the road with approval. That's not to say the company can't or won't have a promising future through T-Gel and its pipeline.
I may decide to sell shares as early as next week. We'll see how things go.
