Tuesday Market Preview: Down Further?

There are some positive signs that we may (and I emphasize may) go higher: the toppiness of the Vix; the failure to make more new lows in conjunction with new market lows; and a lack of volume(although lack of volume is more important for moves to the upside than to the downside). Considering all this, I haven't been long anything for some time and I don't expect to be in the near future. Let the "Value Investors" catch the falling knife.
