The purpose of TA is not to predict the future. Rather, it gives clues to what is likely to happen. The reason these chart formations come up time and again is because human behavior never changes. Chart formations are like football formations. If the offense lines up with the quarterback in the shotgun, all the receivers wide, and a tailback in the backfield. There is a very good chance the team is going to throw the ball. Now, sometimes the team will run, but that is usually not going to happen. And if they do run, you keep keep some linemen home.

Fantastic analysis. I rarely look at the short funds, but its now worth consideration.
