Kirk Lindstrom has an engineering degree from the University of California, Berkeley. Following 20 years of research and development as a scientist and engineer at Hewlett Packard, Kirk turned his attention to investments where he edits "Kirk Lindstrom's Investment Letter," that includes a newsletter portfolio he started in September 1998.
Since 9/30/98 inception, "Kirk's Newsletter Explore Portfolio" is UP 569% vs. the DJIA UP only 122%, S&P500 UP only 169% and NASDAQ UP only 178% (All through 12/31/14)

Kirk has written about and helped individuals learn to manage their investments since the early 1990's. For over a decade, Kirk edited "Investing and Personal Finance" at Suite101, one of the first investment web sites on the Internet. Kirk took-off on his own in late 2006 and early 2007 to write "Kirk's Market Thoughts (http://kirklindstrom.blogspot.com/)", co-found "The Retirement Advisor (http://www.theretirementadvisor.net/index.php)" newsletter and several other successful web sites.
