    Yes, Wesport's earnings are from licensing of their technology. Reverse engg is possible but may not happen right away. The key driver of profitability is scale of production

    I completely agree with your analysis that US should go the Nordic way. Since there is resistance to anymore bail-out packages with the complete failure of the present one, its very likely that the Obama administration will have no choice but to let insolvent banks go bankrupt. Some of them will survive with an upwardly sloping yield curve and relaxation of the mark-to-market accounting policies.
