Insiders Are Selling into the Rally

Given the market action in the last six months it doesn't seem like a surprise that insiders are taking advantage of higher prices and some stability in the market to sell stock. The new lows reset attitudes about what is "a good price to sell" if cash is needed in the next year or two.

It may not be a question of their own company fundamentals or whether they "trust" the rally but simply of a matter of current prices being 30% or more higher than what is now perceived as the low.
