Four Unique Oil Sands Plays You've Never Heard Of

Steve -- I haven't heard much about an expansion into the Bakken area for NPR. It has one advantage in that there are some smaller town that can house (at least some) of the workers for now with existing structures. Based on the spiking housing prices in those areas, it must be a snug fit for all the workers, though. Some of these towns include Weyburn, Estevan, and even Swift Current and Regina. Having been to each of them, they aren't Manhattan, that is for sure! I'm going to do some digging, as you have me intrigued....
