doesn't yet reflect it, 4) Smaller biotech that have sold off after receiving FDA approval as traders lose patience with the speed of the drugs roll-out or ramp up, 5) Those that can raise money cheaply.
Not interested in: 1) Stocks under $1.00, 2) Stocks that have had a spike in chatter, 3) Stocks whose EPS are the inverse of their share price... or even close.
