Lorin Cohen

Lorin Cohen is a senior analyst at Friedland Equity Research (www.FriedlandEquityResearch.com), with a focus on Big Emerging Economies. She is also Managing Director of Singapore based Friedland Global Capital Pte. Ltd. (www.friedlandcapital.com).

Lorin brings more than 25 years’ experience assisting small-cap and private companies to achieve their financial objectives. Prior to joining Friedland in 2006, Ms. Cohen founded and managed KC Communications, a business communications firm specializing in writing business plans, research reports and other corporate communications for private and small-cap companies. From 1992 to 1994, Ms. Cohen was a Corporate Relations Manager at the American Stock Exchange where she served as the liason between listed companies, their specialist and the exchange. Ms. Cohen also spent four years at D.H. Blair as Vice President of the New Venture Group.

Ms. Cohen received her MBA from NYU Stern School of Business and holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Economics from Lehigh University
