He severed as a Vice President of Investments at Shearson Lehman Brothers, EF Hutton, and Dean Witter Reynolds before becoming independent. As a student of the markets since he was a teenager, and still a dedicated researcher, Louis has a developed a keen insight to the factors and influences of market movements. He uses a top down approach in his proprietary methods which incorporate macroeconomic, fundamental, and technical research.
