    • Mercy Jimenez: Lucas I think SFL is stronger than many other shippers and IMO has more upside; scaling in is always wise in this schizophrenic market.

    • Matthew Davis: Could've waited til ex div or secondary to get ARR, it may dip down below 7 again

    • Lucas Krupinski: @Madav1138: The dividends come so rapidly with ARR, I didn't think it was worth waiting.

    • Lucas Krupinski: If it was a quarterly div, I'd wait 2 weeks, but since it's a monthly, it's not such a big number

    • Lucas Krupinski: Also, not concerned with SPO's. With rates at rock bottom, I don't think mgmt's are going to be so eager to SPO (Agnc hasn't for instance)

    • Lucas Krupinski: And i always scale in - Interactive Brokers' $1 commissions mean i generally open positions over a period of days or weeks than all at once.

    • Matthew Davis: ARR has dine a few spo this year already, its the only way a twit can grow

    • Lucas Krupinski: most MREIT's have done so. And most seem to be holding off now, plenty of assets now and when twist ends, yields go up (cont...)

    • Lucas Krupinski: and values go down. It's a balancing act. But SPOing now just lets them buy more at what will likely be the highest prices

    • Lucas Krupinski: Even so, price recovers post SPO generally, so i won't fret, just hold through a few distribution cycles.
