Mark Turner is based in Peru. He was born in England and lived for a long period in Spain and Argentina. Before joining Hallgarten & Company he was an analyst focussed on Argentine equities at our Buenos Aires affiliate, Buenos Aires Trust Company since 1999. With nearly a decade of immersion in the continent he has a deep understanding of how this often misunderstood region lives and works. Mark’s main activities concern following the mining and energy sectors in South America, as both enjoy a period of continued growth and capital investment in the region. He is fluent in English, Spanish and French.
