Martin Denholm is Managing Editor of the Smart Profits Blog. He was born in Southampton, U.K. and graduated from Brunel University in London with a B.A. Honors Degree in American Studies. Since leaving England for the United States in 2000, he’s worked extensively in the financial publishing field as a managing editor of investment newsletters, business columnist, and has been a successful stock-picker for some of the most respected publications. Having grown up in England, he’s a football (soccer) fanatic, and is a lifelong Everton fan in the English Premier League. But with family in Boston, he’s also a longtime Red Sox baseball and Bruins ice hockey fan. And although his metabolism is coming to a screeching halt as he gets older, his mind is still sharp and he tries to remain young at heart.
