  • Kill The Microsoft Surface Tablet [View article]
Surface 3 will be even better! Why kill a product that is selling?

Kofi, again...this guy...quite the comedian. Is this an investment thesis? Kill a product! Why? Because it doesn't come with exclusive Office suite? Kofi, this is by far your weakest Microsoft bash article, how's that short on $MSFT working out for you?

The iPad is not a PC, its not even close to a PC the iPad is an enlarged iPod, that runs the iPod OS, so its obvious you know nothing about technology.

  • Why The Apple/Beats Deal May Be Dead [View article]

What do you think he is saying? Everyone goes on and on about Apple being the apogee of quality and highest of the high end, unfaltering unwavering quality and technology. Then you ad the dancing drunk rappers making an unauthorized leak via strong innuendo that the deal was made. Not a very reliable partner to say the least. Apple should distance themselves from this deal and buy Harmon Kardon or sennheiser instead.

  • Wall Street Breakfast: Oil Extends Decline Below $50 [View article]

I think you are deluded (try spell checker) by your own talking points.

To your first point, products made from oil cost basis is the price of crude oil, so what are talking about? If oil costs less, products cost less to produce which increases your margin.

Second point, 70% of the economy is consumer spending, I don't know where you learned that the economy runs on diesel, many trucking businesses do, but Aircraft fleets don't and many delivery vans don't. So your point is not well founded.

Third point, consumer is having wage issues, and the fact that gas prices are 40% less than what they were is a HUGE deal for them. They benefit, to argue otherwise is insane, I don't even know where your logic begins and your irrationality ends.

Fourth point, what makes you believe as fact, that gasoline prices will rebound so hard, so fast it will give us all whiplash? A 12 cent increase in tax to keep our roads and bridges working seems hardly like a kick in the groin.

Please take your tea party non-sense talking points and re-evaluate what you are actually saying. Because the Tea Party doom and gloom argument does not hold water at all anymore.

The economy since the crash has adapted to use less manpower, and pay less and puts more burden on the current staffing. That is just the way it is now. The economy is now growing, even if you don't believe it. Facts are facts and math does not lie.

Labor participation rate at its lowest ever, sure, that is bad, but like I said, the economy has adapted to function without them. This is the new reality, get used to it.

And to answer another gold/silver question: Yes, I have been buying silver.

Finally, don't accuse me of being a liberal, because I am not...far from it. But I am able to see reality.

This could be the dumbest market ever. Plunging oil hurts the economy? The majors will pick up all the failing start ups for cheap, and i would not be surprised to start seeing acquisitions on the near future.

Meanwhile, for every other sector of the economy, cheap oil is fantastic. Costs are lowered drastically. The market is placing a end of the world scenario if many small and micro cap oil companies begin to default, heck even if a bunch of the mid cap.

By all analysis i have read, it is now sentiment driving down oil and not actual formulations of its fair value based on supply. These speculators have gone short on us, just like when they were over bullish in 08.

Time to take oil out of the commodities market where we are all at the mercy of a few billionaires calling the shots. I know its a mix of factors, but lets face it, some one or a group is making a killing, by killing us.

  • Apple Moving Toward Another Bubble [View article]
Yes but you are premature to declare a bubble. It hasn't even split yet and valuation remains low. I don't know what your thesis is other than to make a call far into the future.

I'm not sure a forward p/e of 12.5 is fully valued, not since the new fair value average has shifted from 10 to 15. It has a way to go up to 15. Also, they just keep killing the quarters, even though they have one product that slam dunks every time. Not a fan of Aapl but became a fan of their stock policy.

You failed to mention that an Xbox controller works out of the box. Call of Duty was ported in order to work with android. You're comparisons are measly nit picking at best.

I wouldn't touch a Chromebook, its a waste of money.

Not so fast, that comparison list is significant, and also its a list of full Windows vs Chrome, and then you want to interject RT into the middle. You're attempt at the gotcha has backfired, not Windows. If you want to compare Android to RT, Droid still falls off a cliff. Android OS compared to Windows Phone ok, there it is.
