Well Ansell is an Australian company, so has absolutely nothing to do with the American health care reform bill. The Author (i believe) is basically looking to invest his useless US dollars into a strong company, in a strong country as we have here in AUS.
Ansell are also a very large manufacturer of condoms, which they are best known for.
Unless people stop having sex because of the US health bill, it's a safe bet!
