    • Michael Stuart: Looks like SSN is different than Samson investment. The buyout target looks like it was private owned "family owned" (from the article)

    • Michael Bryant: SSN (has 5 drill wells in North Dakota Bakken) is apparently not Samson Investment (has 1000 drill wells including some in Bakken).
