cheme: Been over a month since deal was announced, still trading at sig discount. Highly skeptical.

losbronces: Anyway, I've doubted the $9+ from the beginning. No due diligence done yet since offer was unsolicited.

losbronces: During due diligence, you can always find reasons to reduce the price. Two geologists & same resource gets you different numbers everytime.
