Michael G Riley is currently a managing member of Coastal Management Group LLC a Rhode Island registered Investment Advisor. Michael retired from 25 active years on Wall Street in 2002 and in 2005 formed Coastal Management Group with longtime associates Daniel Mintz and Gary Herman. CMG LLC formed the hedge fund Narragansett Fund LLC in June 2006, named after the town where Michael lives in Rhode Island. Michael and his partners have extensive experience in managing and trading derivatives using both well known and proprietary techniques. Mr. Riley has traded for his own account and managed divisions of PaineWebber, LETCO, and most recently managing director at TD Securities (TD Bank).

Michael has been quoted in Barron’s, Wall Street Transcript, NY Post, and various other print media. Michael has appeared on NBC news,Yahoo TV, and CNBC. Michael has spoken at Option Industry conferences and participated in industry efforts to promote the use of options in reducing portfolio risk.
