I started making my own stock market investing decisions about a year ago. I learned to trust my instincts over and above the opinions of others. Recently, I've employed a technique for stock assessment that utilizes a life inventory practice that I've used successfully for over two decades.

In the past month or so I've predicted that the FDA did not want to approve Delcath's Melblez Kit and Hepatic Delivery System - at least while it was in their hands. Since then, their first Adcomm hearing was postponed and a deleterious paper published on the FDA website regarding safety concerns. Make no mistake, Delcath's system is revolutionary. I just think higher powers want it and eventually will get it either through ...More acquisition of the company of it's intellectual property upon its demise.

I also stood my ground against the doctor on staff at PropThink saying that Aveo's Tivozanib would either not gain approval being required to run an additional phase 3 trial against the lead front-line therapy Sunitinib or get approval only for secondary application while being required to run a phase 4 in lieu of front line approval. The doctor said he couldn't believe what I suggested would be proved true.

Just today the FDA published a paper suggesting the very same as I had and the stock tumbled.
