I'm following Bronson's commentary here. I trust him, so I think there is something in the pipeline. Obviously nothing is 100% certain, though. As to the large compute and storage firm, there aren't that many players out there, but Google, Amazon and Microsoft come to mind.

Thanks for the write-up. I like your style. Maybe I missed it, but these guys must be ramping up operating lease obligations due to store expansion, no?

It's non-cash amortization expense for acquired intangible assets that is running through P&L from prior acquisitions of Continuous Computing and Convedia. It goes thru 2017 or so, see the 10-K.

You have to look at RSYS on non-GAAP basis for that reason.

  • Inuvo: Top Reasons This Stock Should Dive [View article]
Street Sweeper brings out the same, tired tactics in every short article. Stock goes up, then try to come up with weak reasons why it should go down. For example, Sonya loves to use the boiler plate disclosure from 10-K's of hit targets:

"We have a history of losses and there are no assurances that we can consistently generate net income."

Uses it almost everytime. Stocks are forward looking. Could it be that the subject company transitioned from its turnaround and is set to generate sustainable growth?

Sonya's other favorite hit angle is based on a possible stock offering, diluting current shareholders. She tried it on Radcom. It aint' happening.

Sonya also loves to misrepresent information. Yes, net sales were down on annual basis in '14 vs '13. But she points out that the toolbar biz is going away. That is true. But what about the growth in the ad tech biz? Growing at a high rate. Q4 sales were up 36% YoY and 19% QoQ.

And, by the way, "weak institutional ownership" is a potential reason to own the stock. Who is a retail investor going to sell to at multiples higher? But I guess its good for a short attempt in order to chase out momentum and retail investors for the short term.

    Disclosure: No position in INUV.

PS. I wonder who is sending Sonya her Bloomberg Terminal screenshots? Access might be too expensive for a "journalist." Is someone with a large financial interest feeding this info? Put on your second-level thinking caps.

I think it would be a net positive. I understand RSYS has been trying to get into ALU for a long time with no success. RSYS BoD member Hubert de Pesquidoux is former ALU CFO, now they have the NOK in with MediaEngine.

  • MIND CTI Is An Undervalued Goldmine In The Information Technology Sector And Ready To Explode [View article]
There is another $7.5 million above gross margin in cost of revenues which the company calls cost of services. That is likely 100% wage-related.

Assuming 75% of OpEx is wage-related, collectively wage expense is around $14 million, or $39k per employee. Doesn't seem unreasonable, I mean this isn't Silicon Valley. Monica Iancu was only making $180k/year (but a nice dividend stream), although it looks like it will be bumped to $240k this year. CEO's in US would garner salaries of at least $350k for comparable sized company.

  • Craft Brew Alliance: M&A Activity In The Craft Beer Market Is A Positive For The Company [View article]
Thanks for the research note. Certainly a fragmented market. Within a few blocks of Widmer, there are upstarts such as exnovobrew.com and eclipticbrewing.com. I tend to think Widmer doesn't have the best product anymore, but certainly developing a platform/distribution to drive sales.
