  • RIM, Sirius, BofA And Level 3: Catching Falling Knives [View article]
I know they have fallen off since July, mainly due to economy (like other stocks including SP and Dow) and also shorters... But YTD they have provided a better return than both of the above yet you still bash them every chance you get.. If they are a falling knife, then I guess they will be joining quite a few more knifes that must be falling as well!

Can you get through a day without bashing SIRI?

Based on your "psychological" comment, wouldn't that also hold true for bashers of a stock like yourself? Aren't you trying to divert our attention from the fundamentals and growth potential of this company to some chart that (as mentioned) could look the same as thousands of other companies out there? Speaking of which (if your chart is accurate) doesn't your chart show Sirius outperforming the SPY (S@P fund), and the Dow this year to date? How does that classify them as a falling knife???

  • Sirius' 10% Capitulation May Be A Smart-Money Play [View article]
Agreed. Could be a good possibility for the drastic change in price, do you have a good resource to research short interest in a stock? I'll bet there was heavy action on Wed

  • Sirius, Netflix, RIM: Exploiting Nasdaq 100's Weak Links In The $10,000 Portfolio [View article]
No need to back up your position? What kind of blogger are you? So instead you "spoon feed" a bunch of crap to tell people that SIRI is going down?

You are making my point for me! Yes in the past you have written articles with certain points (though dilutional at times, some good ones) so why do you not list those same points today? CAUSE THERE WAS NO good reason for the drop yesterday nor is there a reason why this stock is a good buy (especially now) today! Based on their improving position by paying down the debt and increasing FCF, tax advantages for the next 5 years, new products (satelletie launch and 2.0), Latino penetration, increase in pricing, and let's not forget a possible takeover which would immediately launch the price to 2X this for just a few? Do you deny any of these are false or not positive??

And once again you fail to list any reason that is reasonable for the drop in price on SIRI, nor address any of my reasonable points I listed above... What's scary are the articles you write (mostly, some are reasonable and some are even good) that promote fear and give no basis as to why? Let's see where we are in early 2012, I am predicting back to over $2.00 probably closer to 2.50-3.00 BASED on improving bottom line, more subs, 2.0 being a hit, and increase in monthly rate.

BLAH BLAH BLAH Throughout a majority of your articles all you mention is that you are bearish on Sirius.. Yet in most (not all I give you that) you fail to provide any credible data as to WHY you are bearish??? You include nothing of that in this article (again) all you are doing is pointing out that SIRI is falling yet provide no data except that it is not performing compared to the S and P and a bunch of charts that show what we already know.

The market has shifted to being directly effected by what computers and people's emotions force it to do.. Yesterday's drop was a sign of "blood in the water" and jumped on by short sharks like yourself which forced the tumble downward.. There was no negative information or bad earnings report or anything else that can explain the demise.. It is a different world nowadays and emotions and computers are much more a factor than they were years ago. Siri is improving their bottom line, paying down their debt (early mind you) and the car market is set to be reporting higher for Sept. All of my fellow Longs stay strong and this represents a great BUY opportunity given that our stock is in the 1.50 range. Cost average your shares and you will make a killing in the coming months!!!

  • Sirius XM: Impressive Numbers, But Squandering Opportunity? [View article]
No you are writing your article the same day it was announced that car sales are going to be strong for September. Since you are of the opinion that SIRI relies heavily on the car industry (you have mentioned many times before) that should be a positive yet you decide to mention that they do not take advantage of every opportunity? We will see when 2.0 rolls out and they grab a bigger chunk of the Latino market combined with the price increase where they stand there.. WINNING! LOL

Im not even going to dignify your article with my comments as I have done in the past, even with positive news for Sirius you find a negative in it..Negative Nelly Or Maybe better yet, "Sam Short???"

OK silly question for some of you but I have little knowledge in reverse morris trusts and their implications on options.

I currently hold Jan 2013 options on SIRI, assuming I do not sell them and there is a takeover and they use a reverse morris trust to get paid tax free, what options (no pun intended) do I have? MUST I exercise them or lose them?

Oh pardon me it says that satellite radio was picked as being loved by car users which happens to be the number one thing listed in the chart.. Wow you are really getting picky.... Now seeing that SAT RADIO is the 'MOST LOVED" of all listed in the slide, doesn't that tell you something? Do you know of any other satellite radio companies out there? I don't!!

  • Sirius XM: Passionate User Base, But Remains A Niche Service [View article]
Once again I see the title of an article involving SIRI and (at least 90% of the time) I am correct... it is from you Rocco

So what if it is a "niche" service at $15 a month? Don't we pay (most of us anyhow) for:

Smart phones ($150+ every 2 years)
Data plans through our cell phones ($20 -$30 a month)
Songs for our Ipods ($1 each X 100s???)
    Cable/Internet/Phone bundles $100 a month
    Among others?

Doesn't your article say that the #1 thing people enjoy using in their car is Satellite radio? Doesn't that mean that perhaps at $15 a month many folks will pay that to have something they LOVE in the car? Especially since most cars both used and new have it? How many puts do you own on this stock and what is the expiration so I can watch and see these articles stop once you are free and clear? This stock will get over (once again) your psychological barrier of $2.00 before XMAS, and if it is taken over (you said that MAY push it over $2????!!?) it will jump well over $3 probably closer to $4. Maybe YOU should get out of your shorts before it is too late!

  • Research In Motion: Signs Of The Upcoming Sell-Off [View article]
Scott.. What is you reasoning for shorts beware? I do believe in a potential gain IF this upcoming report is positive, but we are talking months from now. All I see you saying here is that one Morgan Stanley had a positive view on Q2 and Jeffreies has an estimated $35 price.. ok great how, and why do they get there? You said "RIMM will go upwards this week..." HOW and WHY???? I hold no positions either way but do believe this baby will head downwards before climbing so I will wait to buy for a bit...

  • Leading Terrestrial Radio Advocate Takes Aim at Sirius XM, Pandora [View article]
I do not see a clear (no pun intended) what this has to do with anything? Am/FM stations do not charge us a subscription rate as Sirius does, sirius pays for content that is commercial free and in turn charges consumers a fee to have that. Who cares if they only have 10% of the market (assuming she means US). Oh and by the way, how far do AM/FM station bands reach anyhow? I am sure not GLOBAL as this company can go. Why don't we have your interviewee check back in 5 years or so and see who has a bigger GLOBAL share of the marketplace!
