Analytics was founded by Neil Danics in March 2007. Prior to starting SPAC Analytics, Neil was a portfolio manager for six years for the risk arbitrage fund at Deutsche Suisse Asset Management.
Having been a professional investor in SPACs for over three years and operating a full time research service analyzing over the past two years, Neil has developed an in-depth expertise analyzing SPACs and has developed several key learnings of what works and what does not work for shareholder approval. The analysis is complemented by utilizing proprietary information from his deep network of contacts in the SPAC community which includes hedge funds and other money managers, investment banks and sales/trading desks that specialize in SPACs.
