    I still like the outlook for PWE; however, in the near term, PWE had broken through its long-term support with increasing selling pressure, RSI in over-sold condition and MACD showing a strong bearish trend. As the market volatility picks up, it may be safe to wait and watch until further stabilization is seen to consider a long position.

    Great point on that utility companies should not rely on just one form of electricity generation, especially for large scale one such as SO, though I doubt if nuclear is the best option at all for SO.

    The nuclear plants seems to be getting $8.33B loan guarantee from the government. Not sure about details yet, but you may want to review the link below.
