Thank you for your comment. By removing EPS growth estimate, CRM become less of a long-term play. The question then lies in if CRM can continue its growth.

My points here is just to show a different perspective when looking into WFC and JPM's P/Cash flow ratio. But I totally agree with your saying that cash flow from "financing" activities make it less relevant to analyze banking sectors compared to others.

You are right. The deal is about Clearwire's spectrum. SoftBank is betting 4G TD-LTE market to expand in US, which is using the same network as China Mobile in China and SoftBank in Japan. There are indeed lots of oppositions for the deal, but in the long-term, 3 major competitors are better than duo-players (VZ and T) for consumers. Interesting to see if S will increase its bid for Clearwire to make it a go faster.
