I have been a technology investor for over twenty years. My investing style includes a combination of Fundamental Analysis with Technical Analysis used for entry and exit points. I follow several stocks involved in patent litigations including Rambus, TIVO and Tessera. I follow the actual trials, read the transcripts and the briefs and attempt to handicap the outcomes. I attend trials when possible, including appeals to the CAFC, and occasionally trials at various District Courts and other venues..

It is my belief that this will be an eventful summer for both Rambus and Tessera with both stocks much higher than their prices of 12 and 16 in early May. In fact, I have a target price of 55 for Tessera later this year and a target price of 45 for Rambus before Oct. 1st. TiVo is another stock that has just had a significant ruling that the market hasn't properly evaluated. I am looking forward to attending oral arguments in November at the CAFC in the Tivo v. Echostar case (if Echostar doesn't settle before then).
