    I wouldn't be too surprised to see a dividend raise from NCT in the next couple days. Already yields over 10% and a 1% pullback today. Long.

    • Ocean Man: Not likely but possible. REITs are required to pay out 90% of their profits and that deal was worth a lot of money. Could be next quarter.
