    • Ocean Man: Depends on the size of the secondary. This one was larger than some, about 30% of the float, but = to the price of their recent acquistion.

    • Ocean Man: Depending on the size, it could be priced 2% to 10% under the most recent closing price. Some biopharmas price 20-40% under current.

    • Ocean Man: This one was priced 4% under, but we're buying it 2% below that. Should stay depressed until you see 12M shares go by in volume, then up.
