    Bought ELRC at 14.98. A small co w/ a 5.4% yield. Drop from over 19 to under 15 overdone. Will add on dips, paid to wait for bounce.

    • Ocean Man: Also, last year around this time, they raised the dividend 33%. Could see another increase in the next few weeks.

    • Kevin Merry: disagree, their cash position is 1/4 of what it was when they increased the dividend. id think a decrease in the div would be more likely
